Ordering process for customized products

Contact our Customer Service team here. Please include: 
  • Your name, phone number, and email.
  • The product you are interested in and what you would like customized. Please include as many details and specifics as possible.
If you're not sure which ingredients to remove or replace, we suggest emailing or faxing us your patch test results. We'll help you determine which ingredients (and its cross reactants) should be removed or replaced.
After acknowledging the receipt of your request, we'll study your requirements and send you a proposal that includes the Customization Fee, expected timeline and other details.

Once you approve our proposal, you will be charged 100% of the total of the Customization Fee + minimum 3 products.

For Advanced Customization, a maximum of 2 sample shipments will be sent to you at no additional charge for your comments and approval. Your approved samples will be used as the basis for finalization of your product.
Once final products are ready for shipment, we will contact you for your approval regarding shipping charges.
Once your approval is obtained, we will charge your credit card and ship out your products.

All customized product sales (customization fees and customized products) are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
